Job Synopsis We are currently recruiting a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Oldbury supporting pupils with severe, profound, and complex learning difficulties and medical needs. This Teaching Assistant role involves working closely with students on a 1:1 and small group basis to support learning, wellbeing, and independence. The Teaching Assistant will assist with classroom activities, behaviour support, and personal care where required. This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a compassionate and resilient Teaching Assistant passionate about supporting children with complex needs. The role will begin on a trial basis with the view to becoming a long-term opportunity for the right Teaching Assistant.
