Balfor Health and Social Care is recruiting Mental Health Support Workers to work within female-only mental health services across the Birmingham and Redditch area. Due to the nature of the service and the personal care and support provided, this role is open to female applicants only, in line with the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1 – Genuine Occupational Requirement. You will provide high-quality, person-centred support to adults with complex needs, including mental health conditions, autism, ADHD, and behaviours that may challenge, within residential and supported living environments.
