I had a really great experience with Balfour Recruitment Group. The whole process was very smooth, straightforward and well organised from start to finish.

Jasmine has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. She communicated with me really well, kept me updated, answered all my questions and was always there to help and support me whenever I needed it. She made the whole process much easier and less stressful for me.

Jasmine also managed to find me an amazing opportunity that was exactly what I was looking for, and I’m extremely happy with the outcome. I’m very happy with the company and the service I received.

A special thank you to Jasmine for all her hard work, support and kindness. She has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout, and I really appreciate everything she has done for me. I would definitely recommend Balfour Recruitment Group, especially Jasmine! ❤️⭐️

Balfor were incredible! My consultants McKenzie and Callum were so kind and supportive, never failing to make me feel so seen and welcome. I was able to gain an immense amount of experience working with the company, going on to gain permanent employment in a school I had a placement in. I would recommend them infinitely.

Sophie is very dedicated to her craft. She is very talented and works tireless to make sure we are comfortable and supported in the roles in which we are placed. I have worked with multiple agencies in the past as an MFL teacher and I must admit that Sophie is by the far the best agent I have worked with. Sophie’s efforts are commendable, her commitment, outstanding.

I had a really good experience with Balfor Recruitment. When I first joined, I worked with Will, who was great. My consultant was then changed to James, and he has been excellent as well.

James was able to find me work while I was studying at university, which I really appreciated. Towards the summer, I noticed that work in schools slowed down, but that’s not James’ fault—it’s just the nature of the education sector.

Although his replies can sometimes be a little slow, I understand he’s probably very busy. Overall, James is a great consultant who has always been helpful and professional.

I would definitely recommend Balfor Recruitment. In my experience, they’re much better than many other agencies I’ve dealt with.
