We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Responsible Individual (RI) to oversee the operation of a Children’s Residential Home in Birmingham. This is a key leadership role, ensuring the home operates in full compliance with regulatory standards while delivering high-quality care and positive outcomes for children and young people. The successful candidate will work closely with our Registered Manager and senior leadership team to maintain excellence in service delivery and regulatory compliance.
