Support worker

Balfor Recruitment are currently seeking out experienced Support Workers in the Long Eaton and Swadlincote area for our homeless services clients.

The shift patterns are Tuesday – Friday 10am – 3pm or 9am – 2pm. This is on a temp basis.

Daily duties include:

• Answering the phone
• Providing support
• Administering medication & keeping a record in logbooks
• Wellbeing checks
• Monitoring security equipment
• Basic domestic duties
• Interacting with services users and building relationships

Requirements for Support Workers:

• Minimum of 6 months UK experience in the health & social care sector.
• Experience supporting individuals with drug & alcohol misuse.
• Right to work
