SEN Teaching Assistant with BSL
Location: Birmingham
Duration: Full time, on-going
Salary: £85 – £95 per day

Our Birmingham is looking for talented, committed and experienced SEN TAs who have a British Sign Language (BSL) Qualification who can take on a full-time on-going job role in a fantastic school in Birmingham.

This is a School for the Deaf, so all staff are expected to be adept in British Sign Language. The school community is tight-knit and encompasses a positive approach to learning and general behaviour. This will include supporting teachers with material preparation for lessons, assisting with displays and providing direct 1 on 1 or small group SEN student support.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teaching Assistant OR Relevant background
- Level 2 or 3 assisting education and learning qualification or equivalent
- Immediately available
- Level 1 safeguarding certificate
- Relevant school based references
- Valid Photo ID – Driving Licence or passport
- Full DBS – on the update service
