We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive primary school in Sandwell. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children while developing your own skills in a rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
- Assisting with small group activities and one-to-one support.
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Supporting children with additional needs, ensuring they reach their full potential.
- Supervising students during break times and school activities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children (within a school setting is desirable).
- A patient, caring, and positive attitude.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for education and child development.
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
