Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and track student progress to inform teaching and learning strategies.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies, maintaining a productive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistency across year groups.
- Engage with parents and carers to discuss student progress and wellbeing.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and staff meetings.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
