Are you a nurturing, enthusiastic, and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to support pupils in EYFS and KS1?

We are seeking experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work across Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Key Stage 1 (KS1) within friendly and inclusive Primary Schools in Tamworth.

These roles offer flexibility, strong staff support, and the chance to contribute to children’s progress at a crucial stage in their education.

The Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support pupils across EYFS and KS1, both in the classroom and in small group activities

  • Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation, learning activities, and classroom management

  • Help children with phonics, early literacy, numeracy, and curriculum-based tasks

  • Contribute to creating a warm, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

  • Provide pastoral support to help children develop confidence and independence

  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

About You

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

  • Have experience working with EYFS or KS1 pupils

  • Are patient, enthusiastic, and committed to supporting young learners

  • Have strong communication skills and can work well as part of a team

  • Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or are willing to obtain one)
