Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled German Teacher with French to deliver engaging and effective language lessons to secondary school students. This is a part-time role covering Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4th November until the Christmas break. The successful candidate will have strong subject knowledge in both German and French and be able to motivate and inspire students in their language studies.
As a Teacher of German with French, your responsibilities will include:
- Teaching German and French across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Planning and delivering dynamic lessons that engage students and promote a love for languages.
- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback.
- Preparing students for language exams and supporting them in achieving their academic potential.
- Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the modern foreign languages department.
Requirements:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching German and French at the secondary school level.
- Excellent subject knowledge and communication skills.
- Strong classroom management abilities.
- A commitment to maintaining high academic standards.
