About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Supervise secondary school classes when teachers are absent
-
Ensure students stay on task with pre-set work

Manage classroom behaviour and follow school policies

Support pupils with any questions or challenges
-
Report back on class behaviour and engagement
What We’re Looking For
✅ Confident and enthusiastic individuals
✅ Strong classroom presence
✅ Minimum of GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
✅ 6 Months previous school experience is essential
✅ Must be willing to complete an enhanced DBS check
