Children’s Residential Support Worker

Salary Based on 37.5 per week hours £22,776 plus £7200 sleep in allowance £29,976

Our client is looking for dedicated and hardworking residential Support workers to join their established children’s homes. With a newly transformed senior management team, the organization is committed to providing exceptional care, embracing a therapeutic model underpinned by the PACE approach.

You will be working with young people aged 8 to 17 who may have Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Learning Disabilities (LD). As part of the team, your role will involve creating a nurturing and homely environment, setting boundaries, leading by example, and supporting the young people in achieving positive outcomes for their transition into adulthood.

  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and confidential records
  • Consent to DBS checks
  • A full UK driving license

This is a full-time position requiring shift work, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins. Offers are subject to suitable references and an enhanced DBS check.
