We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join our team. Our school in Willenhall are dedicated to supporting individuals who may be dealing with behavioural issues, learning differences, or personal obstacles. The schools mission is to empower individuals to overcome challenges, achieve their goals, and lead fulfilling lives.

The candidate for this role will be experienced supporting children alongside children with a range of different academic attainment levels.

A new enhanced DBS will be needed for this role or a subscription to the DBS update service.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teaching Assistant OR Relevant SEN Background
- PECS and Makaton training/experience
- SEMH, SEBD, ADHD needs experience
- Level 1 safeguarding certificate
- Recent school based references
- Valid Photo ID – Driving Licence or passport
- Full DBS – on the update service
