KS2 Primary Teacher Job – Inspire and Motivate Young Learners

The Role
As a KS2 Primary Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum.
- Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom where every child can achieve their best.
- Differentiate lessons to meet the individual needs and abilities of all pupils.
- Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning.
- Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, colleagues, and school leaders to deliver high-quality education.
- Promote positive behaviour and create a safe, supportive learning environment.
- Prepare pupils for key assessments while encouraging confidence, independence, and a love of learning.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- A PGCE, BA (Hons) in Primary Education, or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 or recent experience in a primary school setting.
- Excellent knowledge of the KS2 National Curriculum.
- Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills.
- The ability to adapt lessons to support pupils with a range of learning abilities.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for inspiring children and helping them succeed.
