I had a really great experience with Balfour Recruitment Group. The whole process was very smooth, straightforward and well organised from start to finish.

Balfor were incredible! My consultants McKenzie and Callum were so kind and supportive, never failing to make me feel so seen and welcome. Sophie is very dedicated to her craft. She is very talented and works tireless to make sure we are comfortable and supported in the roles in which we are placed. I have worked with multiple agencies in the past as an MFL teacher and I must admit that Sophie is by the far the best agent I have worked with. I had a really good experience with Balfor Recruitment. When I first joined, I worked with Will, who was great. My consultant was then changed to James, and he has been excellent as well.

James was able to find me work while I was studying at university, which I really appreciated. Towards the summer, I noticed that work in schools slowed down, but that’s not James’ fault—it’s just the nature of the education sector.

Although his replies can sometimes be a little slow, I understand he’s probably very busy. Overall, James is a great consultant who has always been helpful and professional.

I would definitely recommend Balfor Recruitment. In my experience, they’re much better than many other agencies I’ve dealt with.
