📍 Birmingham | 💰 £90–£130 per day | 📅 Full-time or Part-time

Are you a graduate with a degree in English, Maths, Science, Humanities, or a other subject?
Are you looking to gain classroom experience before starting teacher training?

Balfor Recruitment is working with several secondary schools in Birmingham to recruit Cover Supervisors for the new school year starting in September.

✅ What is a Cover Supervisor?

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll:

  • Supervise a class when the teacher is away

  • Keep students focused on set work (no planning or marking!)

  • Manage behaviour and support a positive classroom environment

✅ What do you need?

  • A subject-based degree (e.g. English, Maths, Science, Humanities etc)

  • Confidence speaking to groups of young people

  • A calm, professional manner

  • Some experience with young people is helpful but not essential

✅ What’s in it for you?

  • £90–£130 per day (depending on experience)
