Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Location: Whitfield, Manchester
Pay: £105 – £110 per day
Contract: Day-to-day and long-term opportunities
Are you an experienced and confident HLTA ready to make a difference in a supportive and inclusive primary school? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming school community in Whitfield, providing essential support across Key Stage 1 and 2.
You’ll work closely with class teachers to lead small group interventions, support pupil progress, and occasionally deliver whole-class teaching when required.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold a Level 4 HLTA qualification (or Level 3 with relevant experience)
- Have recent experience working within a primary school setting
- Be confident delivering lessons and targeted interventions
- Demonstrate strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Be adaptable, proactive, and committed to student achievement
- Be supportive of the school’s Catholic ethos
