Senior Family Support Worker
Hourly Rate: £16.00 – £18.00

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Family Support Worker in Ilford. In this pivotal role, you will oversee family support services, manage a team of six Family Support Workers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality interventions for up to 150 families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide management supervision for six Family Support Workers, supporting them in managing caseloads of up to 25 families each.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify priority needs and develop tailored interventions for families.
- Respond to the diverse and evolving needs of families within the local community.
- Ensure effective delivery of family support services aligned with the aims of the Families Together Hub.
Requirements
- Right To work in the UK
- Proven experience in managing or supervising family support services.
- DBS registered onto the update service.
- Strong understanding of family needs assessments and intervention planning.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to support and guide a team.
- A passion for improving outcomes for children and families in the community.
