Balfor Recruitment is excited to offer an incredible opportunity for experienced Support Workers in the Milton Keynes area, working with clients in homeless services. This role offers flexible shifts that can be tailored to your availability, giving you the perfect work-life balance.

We supply to a diverse range of clients, including supported living, private hospitals, and rehabilitation settings, offering you variety in your work each day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls and providing essential support
  • Administering medication and maintaining accurate records
  • Performing wellbeing checks to ensure the safety and comfort of clients
  • Monitoring security equipment to maintain a safe environment
  • Supporting with basic domestic tasks to enhance client wellbeing

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 6 months’ UK experience in the health & social care sector
  • Experience supporting individuals with drug and alcohol misuse
  • A DBS on the update service
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Access to Training Certificates
