Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant secondary school in Solihull. You will play a key role in supporting students, helping them overcome barriers to learning, and ensuring they achieve their potential.
As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to students in the classroom, either individually or in small groups.
- Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
- Helping manage classroom behavior and promoting a positive learning environment.
- Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) by adapting materials and resources.
- Collaborating with the SENCO and other staff to provide targeted interventions.
