KS1 Primary Teacher – Cradley Heath
Location: Cradley Heath
Hours: Full-time, immediate
Salary: M1-M5 Band DOE
We are working with a vibrant Primary School in Cradley Heath who are looking for a KS1 Teacher to join their fantastic team. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated KS1 teacher to take on an amazing opportunity available, Early Career Teacher’s (ECT’s) are welcome to apply.
Duties/Role Description:
- To liaise and communicate with colleagues to ensure that lessons are appropriately planned and delivered.
- Plan and deliver lessons to meet the needs of all pupils through differentiation.
- Plan for and communicate effectively with teaching assistants.
- Feedback effectively and in a timely fashion to class teachers.
- To maintain the highest standards of behaviour within a class and around the school.
- Participate in staff and team meetings and on-going professional development opportunities.

Requirements:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or have recent experience of teaching in a Primary setting.
- Available 8.30PM-4.30PM Mon-Fri
- Must have strong subject knowledge
- Support students and manage behaviour effectively
- Experience working with mildly SEN students
The successful candidate must be a Qualified Teacher with QTS. The Year group placement of the KS1 Teacher will be decided based on the successful candidates experience and knowledge. The ideal candidate for this role will have knowledge and/or experience working alongside the KS1 National Curriculum. This role will also require the teaching of Systematic Synthetic phonics, so prior knowledge, training and experience would be highly desired for the position.
