Balfor Recruitment are currently seeking out experienced Support Workers in and around the Long Eaton and Swadlincote area for our homeless services clients.
The shift patterns are 9:45am – Midnight – Sleep in – 7:30am – 10:45am on a temporary adhoc basis.
Daily duties include:
- Answering the phone
- Providing support
- Administering medication & keeping a record in logbooks
- Wellbeing checks
- Monitoring security equipment
- Basic domestic duties
- Interacting with services users and building relationships
Requirements for Support Workers:
- Minimum of 6 months UK experience in the health & social care sector.
- Experience supporting individuals with drug & alcohol misuse.
- Right to work
