Job Advertisement: Year 4 Teacher

Role:
We are looking for a Year 4 Teacher to contribute to our nurturing and supportive environment. You will lead engaging lessons across all subjects in the National Curriculum and provide dedicated support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver dynamic and differentiated lessons in line with the Year 4 Curriculum.
- Assess and track student progress, offering personalized feedback and support to SEN students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation and personal growth.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure comprehensive student development.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in Year 2 and supporting SEN students is advantageous.
- Proficient knowledge of synthetic systematic phonics methodologies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and enhancing teaching practices.
