Are you an experienced and passionate Primary Teacher looking for a new challenge? A welcoming primary school in Balsall Heath is seeking a dedicated Year 4 teacher to join their team. This is a full-time, long-term role starting after the Easter Half Term and continuing until the end of the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons that meet the Year 4 curriculum.

- Use effective assessment strategies to track progress and tailor learning to individual needs.
- Manage behaviour positively and in line with the school’s policies to create a productive learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably Year 4.
- ECT Induction: Must have successfully completed the Early Career Teacher (ECT) induction.
- Skills: Strong classroom management, adaptability, and a creative approach to teaching.
- Passion: A commitment to delivering high-quality education and making a difference in students’ lives.
