Year 3 Primary Teacher
Location: Aldridge
Duration: May – Ongoing
Salary: £160 – 220 per day (DOE)
The School/role:
We are currently looking for a qualified teacher to take on full-time, on-going position in our Year 3 class. As a Class Teacher, you will be responsible for working towards the outlined long-term plans, planning, and preparing lessons to support and develop attainment according to the National Curriculum. We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role and a positive attitude and work ethic. Early Careers Teachers (ECT ’s) are encouraged to apply and will be considered for this role.

Requirements:
- QTS or equivalent qualification
- Experience in planning and delivering lessons
- Level 1, or higher, safeguarding certificate (This training can be arranged for you)
- Experience as a class teacher
- Recent references
- Valid Photo ID – Driving Licence or passport
- Enhanced DBS – registered on the update service (This can be processed for you)

Ideal candidate Summary:
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a teacher within Primary Schools. To be successful applying to the Year 3 teaching position, you must have prior knowledge/experience/CPD relating to the National Curriculum to ensure the academic progression of each pupil. Knowledge of Systematic Synthetic Phonics, to ensure the support of pupils still accessing this area of learning. The success of the students within their education and personal development is extremely important to the school and staff, so the ideal candidate for this role will have experience within this field whilst also contributing through their desire and motivation to help the children achieve. This will include being an enthusiastic and committed member of an already excellent team of educators.
This position will include interaction with a variety of students with different levels of education including some with SEN. Whilst SEN experience is not a direct requirement, the ideal candidate must be able to provide a calm, friendly, and safe learning environment for all pupils.
