This permanent opportunity is ideal for an experienced teacher or an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to inspire the next generation of learners.
🔎 About the Role:

Teach English Language and Literature across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4

Foster a love of reading, writing, and critical thinking

Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum

Contribute to departmental initiatives and whole-school literacy strategies

Support pupils’ progress through effective assessment and feedback
✅ Requirements:

UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)

Excellent subject knowledge and strong communication skills

Ability to inspire and engage learners of all abilities

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
