Position: Support Worker (Temporary Shifts)
Location: Nottingham
Pay: £11.44 – £12.86 per hour

Are you a compassionate and dedicated support worker with a passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs? We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced professionals to join our supported living service on a temporary shift basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support tailored to the individual needs of service users.
  • Promote independence and well-being through person-centered care.
  • Assist with daily activities, personal care, and household tasks as required.
  • Encourage engagement in social and community activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to all safeguarding protocols.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months UK experience in a similar role.
  • DBS Check: Enhanced DBS on the update service.
  • References: Ability to provide three years of employment or character references.
  • A genuine desire to support individuals with complex needs in a respectful and empowering way.
