Job Title: Support Worker – Autism Spectrum Services
Location: Bath, Avon
Pay: £11.44-£12.86 per hour
Hours: Flexible shifts available

About the Role:
Are you compassionate, reliable, and committed to helping others? We are seeking enthusiastic Support Workers in Bath,Avon to join our dedicated team. This role involves providing person-centered care and support, enabling individuals to live independent, fulfilling lives while honouring their dignity and personal choices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship.
  • Support individuals in participating in community activities, hobbies, and interests.
  • Empower individuals to achieve personal goals and foster independence.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and team members to implement tailored care plans.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months’ experience as a Support Worker in the UK.
  • Prior experience supporting adults with one or more of the following: Complex needs, Deafness, Hearing Impairments, Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, Sight Impairment
  • A DBS certificate registered with the Update Service.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
