Balfor Recruitment is currently looking for experienced Support Workers in the Derbyshire area to join our team supporting homeless services clients. With a wide range of flexible shifts that fit around your availability, this role offers the perfect work-life balance.
We work with a diverse range of clients, including supported living, private hospitals, and rehabilitation settings, giving you a rewarding and varied role each day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering calls and offering vital support
- Administering medication and maintaining accurate records in logbooks
- Conducting wellbeing checks to ensure clients’ safety and comfort
- Monitoring security equipment to maintain a safe environment
- Assisting with basic domestic tasks to enhance clients’ quality of life
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 6 months of UK experience in the health & social care sector
- Experience supporting individuals with drug and alcohol misuse
- A DBS on the update service
- The right to work in the UK
