Are you an experienced Support Worker with a passion for providing excellent care to adults with complex needs? Balfor Health and Social Care is currently seeking Support Workers in the Stroud area who have experience working with individuals with challenging behaviour, autism, ADHD and learning disabilities. They will be a residential care setting and you will be providing support. This role offers flexibility and variety, allowing you to make a positive impact in the lives of those you support.
Shift Patterns:
7am – 2:30pm
2:30pm – 10pm
7am – 10pm
9:30pm – 7:30am
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of recent experience as a Support Worker in Learning disabilities and Autism.
- Due to the nature of the client the support worker MUST be Female
- LD and Autism experience is a MUST.
- Must be a driver with a valid UK driver’s license.
- Mandatory training
- Competent in all aspects of care.
- Flexible and reliable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about patient care.
