We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Supply Primary Teachers to work across a variety of schools in Birmingham and Sandwell and the surrounding areas. Whether you’re seeking short-term, long-term, or day-to-day placements, we have opportunities to suit your schedule and preferences.
The Role:
As a Supply Primary Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education and ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of permanent teaching staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain diverse teaching experience, build relationships with schools, and maintain a great work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
- Adapt to different school environments and follow set lesson plans where provided.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback when required.
- Build strong relationships with students, staff, and school communities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential.
- Experience – At least one year of teaching experience in a primary setting preferred.
- Adaptability & Resilience – Ability to step into different classrooms with confidence.
- Strong Classroom Management Skills – Ensure a smooth and productive learning experience.
- Passion for Teaching – A genuine love for education and helping students succeed.
- Flexibility & Availability – Willingness to work on short notice when needed.
