TEACHING ASSISTANTS – SPECIAL NEEDS

We are looking for multiple candidates to join us here at Balfor Education to work with primary or SEND schools who ask for our support to find them staff.
Applications are invited from enthusiastic and caring individuals to support students with a wide range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in lessons and around the school. A willingness to lead small groups is advantageous. We are happy to accept applications from candidates with no school experience as long as you can demonstrate you are a pro-active, caring and passionate individual.
You will be supported in your role by experienced members of the school who will guide you in becoming a fantastic Teaching Assistant and make it an enjoyable experience for you.
