SEN Teacher – Coventry

Salary: £160 – £180 per day
The Role: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join a well-respected school in Coventry. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic educational environment, where the focus is on providing high-quality education to students with moderate learning difficulties and additional needs. The school is equipped with specialized resources and facilities designed to cater to the unique educational requirements of its students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Individualised Support: Provide tailored assistance to students with diverse learning needs, including one-on-one support and small group interventions.
- Classroom Assistance: Collaborate with teachers in delivering lessons, adapting materials, and implementing strategies that enhance student learning.
- Behaviour Support: Implement positive behaviour management strategies to foster a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Personalised Learning: Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with teachers, parents, and external professionals regarding student progress and support needs.
