Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver individualized lessons for students with SEN.
- Develop and implement personalized education plans.
- Monitor progress and provide ongoing support.
- Foster positive relationships with students and their families.
- Implement effective behavior management strategies.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with SEN students in a school setting.
- Strong communication and empathy skills.
