Duration: Full-time, Ongoing
Salary: £160 – £180 per day

The School/Role:
We are partnering with a highly regarded school in Coventry, seeking a committed and enthusiastic SEN Teacher. This school provides quality education to students with moderate learning difficulties and additional needs. Equipped with specialised resources and facilities, the school is dedicated to meeting the unique requirements of its students, offering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Individualised Support: Deliver tailored support to students with diverse learning needs, including one-to-one assistance and small group interventions.
  • Lesson Delivery: Collaborate with teachers to adapt lesson materials and implement strategies that enhance student engagement and learning.
  • Behaviour Management: Support positive behaviour management strategies, creating a safe and respectful classroom environment.
  • Personalised Learning: Work closely with SENCO and teachers to implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor students’ progress.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure students receive the necessary support.
