Salary: £160 – £180 per day

We are partnering with a highly regarded school in Coventry, seeking a committed and enthusiastic SEN Teacher. This school provides quality education to students with moderate learning difficulties and additional needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Individualised Support: Deliver tailored support to students with diverse learning needs, including one-to-one assistance and small group interventions.
- Lesson Delivery: Collaborate with teachers to adapt lesson materials and implement strategies that enhance student engagement and learning.
- Behaviour Management: Support positive behaviour management strategies, creating a safe and respectful classroom environment.
- Personalised Learning: Work closely with SENCO and teachers to implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor students’ progress.
- Effective Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure students receive the necessary support.
