Position Overview: We are seeking passionate and reliable Supply Secondary Cover Teachers to support our school on an immediate basis. As a cover teacher, you will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons and providing continuity in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects and year groups in accordance with provided lesson plans.
- Maintain a positive and productive learning environment conducive to student success.

- Provide support and guidance to students as needed, fostering their academic and personal development.
- Complete administrative tasks such as registering attendance and reporting on student progress.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Experience teaching in a secondary school setting is desirable but not essential.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across different subjects and year groups.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude towards teaching.
