About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Art teacher to join a dynamic secondary school in Small Heath. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and vibrant team committed to fostering creativity and artistic skills in students. This role is for an immediate start and will continue until the end of the school year, with the possibility of extending into the next academic year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and creative Art lessons to students aged 11-16.
- Develop and implement inspiring art projects and curriculum.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage students to explore various artistic mediums and techniques.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Art curriculum.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching Art at the secondary level.
