Job Overview:
We are seeking an efficient and organised School Office Administrator with experience using Arbor or SIMS to join our busy office team at a school in Coventry. This role requires excellent administrative skills and a keen attention to detail to support the smooth running of the school’s daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day school administrative tasks, including attendance, student records, and communications.
- Use Arbor/SIMS to maintain accurate student data, produce reports, and manage admissions processes.
- Act as a first point of contact for parents, staff, and external visitors, providing excellent customer service.
- Assist with general office duties, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and filing.
- Support the Senior Leadership Team with administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure confidentiality and GDPR compliance in all areas of administration.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a school administrative role, with proficiency in Arbor or SIMS.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure.
