Join Our Team as a Children’s Residential Care Worker in Melksham, Wiltshire!
Rate of Pay: £12.00 per hour, plus £65 per sleep-in shift

About the Role: As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in guiding young people through their daily lives, including:
- Encouraging participation in hobbies, social activities, and helping them develop new skills.
- Supporting morning routines to ensure they are ready for school, including preparing a healthy breakfast.
- Preparing evening meals and providing a safe, comfortable environment for them to unwind.
- Assisting young people in realizing their potential and exploring new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children in a childcare or residential setting.
- A Full UK driving license (preferred).
- A Level 3 qualification in Children’s Residential Care or equivalent
Working Pattern:
- 2 days on shift, including 2 sleep-ins, followed by 4 days off.
- 3-weekly Rota.
