Are you a passionate and energetic PE Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to inspire and motivate students?
We are seeking a dedicated PE Teacher to join our dynamic and supportive secondary school in Stratford-upon-Avon. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, encouraging students to develop a love for physical activity, teamwork, and a healthy lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons across a range of sports and activities.
- Encourage student participation and enthusiasm for physical education.
- Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing support and guidance.
- Organise and oversee extracurricular sports clubs, competitions, and school events.
- Promote health, fitness, and well-being among students.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and sportsmanship.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and the wider school community.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualifications.
- Experience teaching PE at primary or secondary level.
- A passion for sports, fitness, and student well-being.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
