We are seeing Nurse associates who will deliver high quality, holistic, compassionate, and fundamental patient, and client care as part of the nursing team.
You will be working under the direction or a registered nurse / other registered professionals depending on the setting.
As a Nursing Associate, you will be working independently in people’s own homes and clinic settings delivering care planned and evaluated by our Registered Nurses. You need to be confident in your own decision making and ready to make a difference in this role.
The successful candidate will work independently under the leadership of registered nurses, working within the sphere of nursing.
This is a fast-paced service with significant demand, we need Nursing Associates who can think independently, make decisions, and bridge our Health Care Assistants and Registered Nurses.
You will be required to work shifts between 8am and 6pm across 7 days to cover the needs of the service, however, flexible working will be considered. We are happy to consider part time or full-time positions
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous Experience as a Nurse Associate or band 4 Nurse.
- Driver with access to a car
- A Minimum of 6 months experience as a nursing associate or a band 4 nurse working in a UK hospital within the last 2 years.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Able to provide clinical references.
- Full immunisation record.
- An enhanced DBS check or willing to undertake a new one.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
