Mental Health Support Worker
Location: Worcester, Worcestershire
Pay Rate: £13.86 per hour

Role Availability: Full-time & Part-time Shifts Available
At Balfor Health and Social Care, we’re seeking compassionate individuals with experience supporting adults with complex needs such as autism, ADHD, and mental health challenges.
In this role, you’ll provide essential care across various residential homes and supported living settings. Your responsibilities include assisting with daily tasks, supporting independence, and fostering positive relationships in a flexible, shift-based environment that accommodates your schedule.
What You’ll Do:
- Care for adults with mental health needs, autism, and challenging behaviours.
- Support residents in residential and supported living environments.
- Create a compassionate and respectful care environment.
- Assist with personal care, medication, and engaging activities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 6 months experience in Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, or Challenging Behaviour settings.
- Experience managing challenging behaviours is essential.
- Training in MAPA, MAYBO, PMVA, or CPI.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Reliable and communicative with a passion for improving lives.
