About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs in a secondary school setting.
- Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and support learning in a variety of subjects.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Use your Level 3 qualification and experience to effectively support and engage students.
Requirements
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (must have).
- Experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant in a secondary school environment (must have).
- Strong understanding of special educational needs and inclusive teaching practices.
