Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Duration: Full time from September
Salary: £80 – 95 per day / Permanent Position Available

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement educational activities that stimulate and support the development of children aged 0-5.
- Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with parents and caregivers to support each child’s development and learning.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging environment, following health and safety regulations.
- Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development.
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and development opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring and patient nature with a genuine passion for working with children.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
