KS1 Teacher
Location: Birmingham
Duration: Full time post ongoing
Salary: £150 – 190 per day (DOE)

We are recruiting for an excellent primary school in the Birmingham area that are seeking a class teacher to work with them on a full-time basis. The school are looking for someone with extensive experience in a similar role and a positive attitude and work ethic.

We are working with a school in the Birmingham area that are seeking a teacher to work on a full-time basis with a KS1 class. This includes managing the students, creating detailed lesson plans across all areas of the curriculum with support from a teaching assistant.
Ensuring the success of the students within their education is extremely important to the school, so the ideal candidate for this role will have experience within this field whilst also contributing through their desire and motivation to help the children achieve. This will include being an enthusiastic and committed member of an already excellent team of educators supporting with developing the children’s core reading, writing and numeracy skills.
This position will include interaction with a variety of KS1 students with different levels of education including some with SEN. Whilst SEN experience is not a direct requirement, the ideal candidate must be able to provide a calm, friendly, and safe learning environment for all pupils.

Requirements:
- QTS or equivalent qualification
- Experience in planning and delivering KS2 lessons.
- Available Immediately
- Level 1 safeguarding certificate
- Experience as a class teacher
- Recent school-based references
- Valid Photo ID – Driving Licence or passport
- Full DBS – registered on the update service
