Support Worker Opportunity – Flexible Shifts, Great Pay, and Work-Life Balance!

Pay Rate: £12.86 per hour
Balfor Healthcare is excited to be recruiting experienced Support Workers in and around the Nottingham and Derby area to join our team supporting homeless services clients. If you’re looking for a role that offers flexibility and a work-life balance, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
We work with a variety of clients, including supported living, private hospitals, and rehabilitation settings, offering you a rewarding and diverse role.
Shift Patterns:
- 9:45 AM to 12:00 Midnight
- Sleep-in shifts
- 7:30 AM to 10:45 AM
(3-week rolling rota)
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering calls and providing essential support to service users
- Completing and updating support plans
- Conducting wellbeing checks to ensure the safety and comfort of clients
- Monitoring security equipment
- Supporting with basic domestic tasks to improve clients’ quality of life
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 6 months UK experience in the health & social care sector
- Experience supporting individuals with drug and alcohol misuse
- Understanding of the homeless sector.
- A DBS on the update service
- Right to work in the UK
- Access to Training Certificates
- A Full UK Driver’s Licence
- No working restrictions
