Position: EAL Coordinator

Starting in September, this role is perfect for an enthusiastic individual who can lead and coordinate support for EAL students, helping them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Coordination: Lead and coordinate the EAL program, ensuring effective support and integration for EAL students across the school.
- Student Assessment: Assess the language proficiency of EAL students and develop tailored support plans to meet their individual needs.
- Support and Mentoring: Provide direct support to EAL students, helping them improve their English language skills and succeed academically.
- Staff Training: Train and support teachers and support staff in effective strategies for working with EAL students.
- Resource Development: Develop and implement resources and materials to support EAL students and teachers.
- Monitor Progress: Track and report on the progress of EAL students, adjusting support plans as needed to ensure continuous improvement.

- Qualified Educator: A qualified teacher with experience in supporting EAL students and leading educational programs.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
