Balfor are recruiting Children’s Residential Support Workers to join a Vibrant Children’s Home located in Handsworth Birmingham, West Midlands.

The home is newly refurbished and decorated modern with new furnishings which creates a positive environment with a real sense of comfort as well as being secure.
As children’s residential support worker, you must be able to work as part of a team and go the extra mile for the children and young people, ensuring that each young person has a positive childhood that they can reflect on in later years.
We are looking for Children’s residential support worker that can work fulltime flexible hours on a rota basis. In addition, you will be required to do one sleep in shift per week as part of your rostered hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Children’s Residential Support worker in a Children’s Home.
- Level 3 diploma for residential care or Equivalent qualification.
- Full Driving Licence. (desired)
- DBS Check ideally on the update service if not be willing to undergo a new check.
