We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join our team. Our school in Solihull are dedicated to supporting individuals who may be dealing with behavioural issues, learning differences, or personal obstacles. The candidate for this role will be experienced supporting children alongside children with a range of different academic attainment levels. It is essential that these students have a Behaviour Mentor to act as a positive role model as well as good academic knowledge to provide lesson support. This will require patience, commitment and the ability to provide a safe and welcoming learning environment.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teaching Assistant OR Relevant SEN Background
- PECS and Makaton training/experience
- SEMH, SEBD, ADHD needs experience
- Level 1 safeguarding certificate
- Recent school based references
- Valid Photo ID – Driving Licence or passport
- Full DBS – on the update service
