- Salary: £75 – £110 per day (DOE)
The Role:
We’re recruiting for qualified and experienced Teaching Assistants, After School Club Staff, Lunchtime Supervisors, and other support staff to provide short-term cover in primary schools across Birmingham. This role is tailored to your location, experience, and preferences regarding schools. Responsibilities:
- Covering short-term and long-term positions in primary schools, including lunchtime supervision, afterschool clubs, Teaching Assistant roles, and day-to-day teaching depending on your experience.
- Contributing to the success of students’ education by providing support, motivation, and enthusiasm.
- Planning and delivering effective lessons and activities across the curriculum.
Requirements:
- Experience as a teaching assistant or similar role
- Experienced working with children
- Immediate availability.
- Level 1 safeguarding certificate.
- Experience as a class teacher.
- Recent school-based references.
- Valid Photo ID (Driving Licence or Passport).
- Full DBS clearance registered on the update service.
